Battery Regeneration
1. Safe discharge procedures
The battery is fully discharged using specialized equipment to prevent short circuits and sparks from occurring during the breakage process.
2. Pre-Sorting & Classification
Batteries are classified according to their different chemical systems, and the modules, cells, and casings are disassembled.
3. Battery powdering process
Enclosed crushing equipment is used for coarse and fine crushing to pulverize battery materials into black powder, copper and aluminum foil, and casing fragments.
4. Drying / Heat Treatment
Drying or sintering the powder removes electrolyte residue and improves powder stability.
5. Powder separation and material extraction
By using precise sorting technology and high-purity extraction processes, high-value materials such as nickel, cobalt, and lithium are separated from powder, enabling the high-value recycling of materials.
Through a process of discharge → dismantling → crushing → sorting → material recycling, and advanced crushing, sorting and high-purity material extraction technologies, key materials such as nickel, cobalt and lithium in waste batteries are regenerated, realizing high-value recycling and reuse of resources.
